High Energy on Stage and Off! - This will surprise you!

I was not a big fan of the DJ that appeared as the opening act... the music she played was not a fit for me - that is the only negative I have to report for the entire evening. The Grove in Anaheim is a small cozy venue that I have been to many times; always enjoy the atmosphere and the helpful staff.
The Main Attraction: Trombone Shorty Rocks the entire house when ever he preforms, and tonight was no exception. High energy from start to finish. 10 band-members on stage and all of them could play with any band, or have their own band; they are all that professional! Shorty plays Trombone, some Trumpet and lead Vocals, a guitarist on the Stratocaster, another plays a Gibson Les Paul, the bassist plays a 5-string Fender, plus a Tenor Sax, Baritone Sax, the guy on Keys has at least 4 or 5 keyboards back there, a huge Drum Kit up on a riser with a real power-house behind the stix, plus two Hot Ladies on Vocals and Bach-up that move all over the stage - as the whole band does! The whole brass section marches up into the audience during the set; even up to the cheap seats! Don't miss this band!!
